These are things that I do to get my mind off the anxiety/panic or just makes me feel better. If you have any tips that help you please comment with them. I welcome all helpful suggestions.....I didn't realize where my camera cut me off at when I was talking about the big lot story. I was still in the aisle before walking out when I stopped myself. I told myself "I can end this, I'm going to end this". When I opened my eyes everything still looked dreamy but I told my husband we needed pretzels since we were in the chip aisle. I then looked for other snacks and focused on anything else then the panic. I was able to finish the shopping instead of leaving.(https://www.youtube.com/editor)
